Service Description
The goal of this service is to SAVE you time, every part of your fitness journey is taken care of by us, so you have time to focus on life. We’ll handle your calorie counting, no need to cook, we’ll help you automate this process, we’ll do your chart progressions, we’ll plan your sessions/exercises, rehab & mobility. We’ll do it all for you over a 12 week period, all you have to do is turn up for your sessions. Members of this service get to work with the trainers in a more in-depth way. The following perks will be reserved only for those who purchase this package: 1. Training: 3 hrs of exercise/sessions a week. 2. Assisted meal prep: Client will have an initial diet consultation to determine dietary needs. Next, with the use of online food delivery services & platforms, your assigned trainer & diet coach will help you automate this process, so the correct meals are delivered to your door, in the right portions, with the right dietary requirements to help you achieve your goals. 3. Psychometric test, once a month: Psychometric tests are assessments of people to measure their psychological attributes, (cognitive ability) & behaviors through personality and intelligence/ability tests. From a candidate's response psychometric testing can predict valuable insights regarding performance, motivations, competence (abstract or spatial reasoning). This factors are central to creating a program that is specific to the client and will enable them to achieve optimum results. 4. Wellness/life coaching sessions, once a month: following the psychometric test which is important to understanding the client's motivations and thought processes, the life coaching classes will further asses how our clients interacts with the world at large, assessing all factors in the client's lifestyle which may impact their goals in the 12 week span, with strategies to mitigate negative effects & boost positive effects. 5. 30 - 40 mins mobility/postural assessments, once a month: this will be used to promote better range of movement and reduce the likelihood of injury as client progresses. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞: Members who purchase this package will be required to do a blood test prior to starting, should not be using any recreational drugs or any medication prescribed for a serious health conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Boyega Wellness Inc. withholds the right to accept or deny any booking, appointment or service made and purchased by a client/candidate or business. Customer will be notified by a BWInc. consultant in the event of this taking place. 1.Refunds; 1a.No refund will be processed after 48 hours of payment being made and, 1b. No refund will be processed if the candidate/client wishes to cancel the service at anytime after the program has officially began, all candidates/clients will be required to complete the program or service as instructed. 2.Candidates are expected to behave accordingly and will be removed from the program or service for unreasonable behaviour, cited as any behaviour which may prohibit or inhibit the process of services rendered by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees and associates. In the case a candidate/client is removed for this purpose, a judgment similar to the aforementioned, or any other reason concluded as obstructive, no refund will be processed or returned to the candidate/client. 3.In regards to completion of sessions; 3a.Candidates must complete the number of sessions allocated within the time period specified for that purchase or membership by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates. If the allocated sessions are not completed in the specified time, they will be automatically forfeited, and no refund will be processed o returned; 3b.If any sessions are missed or cancelled for any reason, new sessions are to be organised by the candidate/client and Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates for a suitable period, considerate of all parties involved. However, candidates should be aware that at a busy time, consultants may not be able to make up the missed session for days or weeks at a time. If this results in the sessions or program being forfeited, then see to policy 3a as the ruling outcome. 4.Confidentiality; 4a.Candidate/client sessions will be confidential, however details of candidates/clients may be shared in house between Boyega Wellness Inc. employees and at times between associates to further provide a better service to service users.
