Service Description
The silver standard & essentials for a business and it's workers. This package should only be purchased for businesses with 3 employees or more. This package will be carried out over the course of 4 - 5 individual sessions, routinely in parts on the same day or at a different day and time during a weekly period. Business silver includes a: 1 - Fitness Program: exercise can help to regulate stress hormones and trigger the release of mood-boosting neurotransmitters in workers. In this program we'll be utilizing exercises, fitness & health related approaches to improve fitness and health goals. - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 2 - Ergonomics Program: creating a better workplace or work stations for workers to support their body's mechanics, boost efficiency, productivity & functionality whilst reducing musculoskeletal issues, pains, aches and discomfort. - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 3 - Postural & Mobility Program: to mitigate declining spine health in the workplace, in this program we utilize exercises, functional & core specific movements to address postural issues, as well as the assessment of environmental factors contributing to postural decline in order to promote better postural and spine health for workers. - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 4 - Stress Management Program: our program stress management program consists of a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person's level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday functioning & quality of life. - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 5 - Fitness and Health Assessment: The aim of this program is to identify an employee's current social, mental & physical health, outlining strengths and weakness with qualified advice on strategies to improve. This will take place once a month. - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬: 𝟏𝟓 - 𝟑𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 Classes will be approximately 2 hr 15 a week
Cancellation Policy
Boyega Wellness Inc. withholds the right to accept or deny any booking, appointment or service made and purchased by a client/candidate or business. Customer will be notified by a BWInc. consultant in the event of this taking place. 1.Refunds; 1a.No refund will be processed after 48 hours of payment being made and, 1b. No refund will be processed if the candidate/client wishes to cancel the service at anytime after the program has officially began, all candidates/clients will be required to complete the program or service as instructed. 2.Candidates are expected to behave accordingly and will be removed from the program or service for unreasonable behaviour, cited as any behaviour which may prohibit or inhibit the process of services rendered by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees and associates. In the case a candidate/client is removed for this purpose, a judgment similar to the aforementioned, or any other reason concluded as obstructive, no refund will be processed or returned to the candidate/client. 3.In regards to completion of sessions; 3a.Candidates must complete the number of sessions allocated within the time period specified for that purchase or membership by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates. If the allocated sessions are not completed in the specified time, they will be automatically forfeited, and no refund will be processed o returned; 3b.If any sessions are missed or cancelled for any reason, new sessions are to be organised by the candidate/client and Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates for a suitable period, considerate of all parties involved. However, candidates should be aware that at a busy time, consultants may not be able to make up the missed session for days or weeks at a time. If this results in the sessions or program being forfeited, then see to policy 3a as the ruling outcome. 4.Confidentiality; 4a.Candidate/client sessions will be confidential, however details of candidates/clients may be shared in house between Boyega Wellness Inc. employees and at times between associates to further provide a better service to service users.
