Service Description
There are 2 types of psychometric tests, an aptitude test and a personality test. An aptitude test is used to assess a person's skills & cognitive abilities (refers to a person's mental potential to understand and perform a variety of tasks, both simple and complex, and usually involves reasoning, problem solving, planning, abstract thinking, complex idea comprehension, and learning from experience. Where as a personality test can be used to asses a person's personality traits. Understanding our personality traits and range of cognitive skills through a data driven setting can significantly help us architect a better route to achieving our goals or alternatively, help us understand how we may be inhibiting ourselves from achieving our goals. Even more, a psychometric test can help you understand how and why you interact with the world around you in the way you do and so much more. This specific service and psychometric test will be focused on understanding your personality & traits. Please note: a psychometric test appointment is not a life coaching class and only involves the following conditions 1. You'll be allocated a test which you will be taking with the assistance of a BWInc consultant. 2. Upon completion, the BWInc consultant allocated to you will review your results and provide a further detailed assessment of your results regarding your personality as well as questions the client may have in order to better help the client interpret the results more concisely. Psychometric test appointments will last no longer than 45 minutes to 1 hour in time. Cancellation Policy
Boyega Wellness Inc. withholds the right to accept or deny any booking, appointment or service made and purchased by a client/candidate or business. Customer will be notified by a BWInc. consultant in the event of this taking place. 1.Refunds; 1a.No refund will be processed after 48 hours of payment being made and, 1b. No refund will be processed if the candidate/client wishes to cancel the service at anytime after the program has officially began, all candidates/clients will be required to complete the program or service as instructed. 2.Candidates are expected to behave accordingly and will be removed from the program or service for unreasonable behaviour, cited as any behaviour which may prohibit or inhibit the process of services rendered by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees and associates. In the case a candidate/client is removed for this purpose, a judgment similar to the aforementioned, or any other reason concluded as obstructive, no refund will be processed or returned to the candidate/client. 3.In regards to completion of sessions; 3a.Candidates must complete the number of sessions allocated within the time period specified for that purchase or membership by Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates. If the allocated sessions are not completed in the specified time, they will be automatically forfeited, and no refund will be processed o returned; 3b.If any sessions are missed or cancelled for any reason, new sessions are to be organised by the candidate/client and Boyega Wellness Inc., it’s employees or associates for a suitable period, considerate of all parties involved. However, candidates should be aware that at a busy time, consultants may not be able to make up the missed session for days or weeks at a time. If this results in the sessions or program being forfeited, then see to policy 3a as the ruling outcome. 4.Confidentiality; 4a.Candidate/client sessions will be confidential, however details of candidates/clients may be shared in house between Boyega Wellness Inc. employees and at times between associates to further provide a better service to service users.
